How do you determine which plants suit my apartment?

We begin with a light assessment, measuring natural light in each room across different times of day. We also consider humidity (especially in bathrooms and kitchens), proximity to radiators, pet access, and your willingness to maintain a watering schedule. Species are matched to these conditions—not chosen for trend appeal alone.

What does a watering schedule include?

Every scheme includes a written schedule listing each plant, its watering frequency, preferred method (top watering, bottom watering, misting), and seasonal adjustments. For example, most Viennese apartments require reduced watering from November through February when central heating dries the air but plant growth slows.

Do you work with offices that have no dedicated facilities staff?

Yes. Office greenery plans are designed for low-maintenance species and self-watering containers where appropriate. We can also arrange monthly maintenance visits at €75/h to handle watering, pruning, and seasonal refreshes without burdening your team.

Can you plant my balcony in spring and refresh it in autumn?

Balcony container gardens are planned seasonally. A spring installation focuses on heat-tolerant and flowering species; an autumn refresh swaps in hardy evergreens and structural plants that survive Viennese winters with minimal protection. Each season is priced at €540 for a standard balcony.

Which districts do you serve?

We serve all of Vienna, with most projects in districts 1–9, 16–19, and surrounding areas. See our full service areas page for details. Travel within the city is included; locations outside Vienna are quoted individually.

How long does a typical project take?

A light assessment takes one visit. Apartment schemes require an initial consultation (90 minutes), one week for design, and a half-day for installation. Office projects vary by size but typically span two to four weeks from assessment to completion.

What if a plant dies after installation?

We source healthy specimens and provide clear care instructions. If a plant fails within 30 days despite following our schedule, we replace it at no charge. Failures due to neglect, pet damage, or environmental changes outside our recommendations are not covered.

Do you supply pots and containers?

Yes. Installations include containers selected to complement your interior and suit each plant's root system. We offer ceramic, terracotta, and lightweight composite options. Clients may also provide their own pots if dimensions are suitable.
