Seasonal planning
Spring installation (March–May)
Heat-tolerant flowering species, ornamental grasses, and trailing plants for south- and west-facing balconies. Lavender, geranium, and salvia are common choices.
Autumn refresh (September–October)
Hardy evergreens, structural shrubs, and winter-interest plants. Ivy, boxwood, and heather survive Viennese winters with basic protection.
Wind-exposed loggias
Compact, low-profile arrangements positioned behind parapet walls. Wind-tolerant species with flexible stems reduce breakage during gusts.

Watering considerations
Balcony plants dry faster than indoor specimens. We provide exposure-specific schedules and recommend drip trays to protect neighbours below. Self-watering containers available for south-facing exposures.
Maintenance
Monthly visits at €75/h cover deadheading, seasonal swaps, and winter protection. Popular for clients who travel frequently.
